My goal is to help clients achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & wellness ((Mind/Body/Spirit)). As someone who has struggled with weight for most of my life, I learned the importance of nutrition, strength training, and releasing trauma to attain my own goals. I was eager to share my knowledge and in 2016, I became a Certified Personal Trainer. Over years I’ve added under my belt the qualifications Somatic Therapist , Motivational & Accountability Coach , And Assisted Stretch Therapist. I was even an amateur female boxer for about 6 years until a life changing accident happened. I live by the Mantra “ You can rise up from anything. You can completely recreate yourself. Nothing is permanent. You're not stuck. You have choices. You can think new thoughts.
